The funds will track Fidelity proprietary Crypto Industry and Digital Payments and Metaverse indices. Fidelity filed two prospectuses for crypto-metaverse ETFs for regulatory approval. The proposals are for the Fidelity Crypto Industry and Digital Payments ETF and the Fidelity Metaverse ETF.

The First Trust S-Network Streaming & Gaming ETF (BNGE) debuted on the NYSE Arca Wednesday. BNGE follows an index that takes into account the following factors, companies must have at least $100 million in market capitalization and $3 million in average daily trading volume.

The Singapore-listed iShares Barclays USD Asia High-Yield Bond ETF attracted $1.37bn in net inflows in the last three months of 2021. Haitong International’s High Yield Corporate Bond ESG ETF, saw its assets grow tenfold to $205.9m over the same period.

Ticker symbol SARK – NDAQ, SARK is a short ETF. The ETF uses swap contracts to attempt to achieve the inverse performance of ARKK on any single day. ARKK is the ETF of famed Cathy Wood. As of 1/27/2022 the SARK ETF which essentially takes short positions on any of ARKK’s holdings is up 42.14% on the year.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) refused to approve a Fidelity spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). “While we are disappointed by the outcome of the SEC’s deliberations resulting in today’s disapproval order, we reaffirm our belief in market readiness for a physical bitcoin exchange traded product and look forward to continued constructive dialogue with the SEC,” said a spokesperson from Fidelity.
