A subsidiary of Procure Holdings LLC has just announced the launch of the Procure Disaster Recovery Strategy ETF (FEMA) looking to be the first ETF to offer exposure to companies involved in sustainable recovery and risk reduction efforts. FEMA plans to track the VettaFi Natural Disaster Response and Mitigation Index comprised of companies in the climatological, hydrological, geophysical, and meteorological fields.
