The company RiverNorth has just announced their new ETF looking to gain exposure to Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC) markets. If accepted the actively managed RiverNorth SPAC Focus ETF would be one of less than ten ETFs to invest in the SPAC market. The ticker symbol and market platform have not yet been announced.

ETF Newz Says:

SPACs are seen as blank check companies with the sole purpose of acquiring an already existing company through an initial public offering or by merging with the company.
