At the recent Exchange: An ETF Experience event, Innovative Portfolios LLC announced the launch of two new ETFs: the Dividend Performers ETF (IPDP) and the Preferred-Plus ETF (IPPP). Both ETFs have been converted from previous mutual funds stating that, the change from funds to ETFs will allow for more efficiency and transparency for investors as well as the lowering of fees.
ETF Newz Says:
IPDP will mainly focus investments on large-capitalization common stocks of U.S. companies that pay dividends while IPPP will invest in U.S. preferred stocks aiming to give dividend income. Both ETFs also have an option overlay with IPDP looking to better the distribution to shareholders and IPPP looking to give gradual income to investors.
