VanEck Strengthens Asset Allocation Lineup With New Launch

VanEck is expanding their ETF roster with the launch of the VanEck Commodity Strategy ETF (PIT), available for trade on the CBOE. PIT will be actively managed and looks to offer long-term capital gain and risk-adjusted returns by following a strategy that invests in commodity futures contracts from five sectors, energy, precious metals, industrial metals, agriculture, and livestock. A quote from PIT’s portfolio manager states, “Commodity exposure can play a valuable role in a portfolio, both from a capital appreciation standpoint and as a hedging tool against inflation, which remains at historically elevated levels.”

ETF Newz Says:

PIT is the fifth installment in VanEck’s asset allocation ETF suite.
