Ultimus and Kovitz Partner To Launch New Actively Managed ETF

Ultimus Fund Solutions has just announced their collaboration with Kovitz Investment Group Partners, LLC to launch a new actively managed ETF. The Kovitz Core Equity ETF (EQTY) is a combination of two of Kovitz’s mutual funds, the Marathon Value Portfolio and the Green Owl Intrinsic Value Fund, as well as the inclusion of of assets form around 400 SMA’s that Kovitz manages. Ultimus’ role in the partnership was to aid in coordination of resources, including Vedder Price, who helped with legal processes for conversion.
