Travel ETFs Decline

With the fear of global tensions and rising Oil prices, Travel ETFs have been struggling this week. The US Global ETF Jets (JETS) was down nearly 8 the past week. The ETFMG Travel Tech ETF (AWAY) is down 5% the past week. The Defiance Hotel Airline and Cruise ETF (CRUZ) is down nearly 9% the past week.

ETF Newz Says:

Rising Oil prices definitely erode the margins that Airlines have, and the general fear or not knowing what will happen with Russia is also a concern, especially for extended travel.
