IQ CBRE Real Assets ETF

CBRE’s Investment Management recently launched the IQ CBRE Real Assets ETF, which focuses on real estate and other hard assets. The ETF aims to provide inflation protection in a rising interest rate environment. According to Dan Foley, the ETF’s portfolio manager, there is a lack of options in this space within the ETF market. He sees opportunities due to secular changes like digital transformation and decarbonization, as well as market mispricing.

ETF Newz Says:

The top holdings of the ETF include real estate and utility companies such as Public Storage, Crown Castle, Nextera Energy, and Equinix, a leader in data centers. Equinix shares have seen a 7% increase over the past month.
