Hypatia Women CEO ETF (WCEO)

Share post:

The Hypatia Women CEO ETF (WCEO) invests in a portfolio of approximately 120 companies with female CEOs, and the holdings are equally weighted with a minimum market capitalization of $500 million. Hypatia Capital tracks SEC filings to monitor CEO changes and whether the new CEO is a woman. As the number of female CEOs is relatively small, the management team does not have to select companies based on other factors, and the ETF is rebalanced monthly.

ETF Newz Says:

The fund is industry-neutral, which means that it aims to isolate the “female factor” to assess the impact of gender diversity in leadership on investment performance.
