Harbor Capital Launches Small Cap Explorer ETF

Harbor Capital Advisors has launched the Harbor Small Cap Explorer ETF, which is their first multi-manager small-cap equity strategy. The ETF invests primarily in equity securities, particularly common stocks of small cap companies that fall under the Russell 2500 Index. The fund will be managed by Harbor’s Multi-Asset Solutions Team and will have five sub-advisers: Connacht Asset Management, Copeland Capital Management, Granahan Investment Management, Huber Capital Management, and Reinhart Partners.
