Global X Launches U.S. Cash Flow Kings 100 ETF (FLOW) to Capture High Free Cash Flow Companies

Global X ETFs has introduced the Global X U.S. Cash Flow Kings 100 ETF (FLOW), providing investors with access to companies exhibiting high free cash flow yields. FLOW joins Global X’s suite of Income funds and aims to appeal to investors in a high interest rate environment. With interest rates expected to remain elevated due to factors like housing and wages, companies with strong free cash flow levels, representing cash available after expenses and capital expenditures, can offer financial stability and flexibility. FLOW’s underlying index selects the top 100 constituents with the highest free cash flow yield from the Mirae Asset U.S. 1000 Index, which tracks the performance of the top 1,000 U.S. companies by market capitalization. By investing in companies demonstrating robust profitability and cash flow, FLOW seeks to provide investors with an appealing addition to their equity portfolios, combining the advantages of high free cash flow with the tax efficiency of an ETF. The fund carries a total expense ratio of 0.25%.
