Global X Adds To Income ETF Suite With Launch Of Covered Call Fund

Global X has just announced the expansion of their income ETF suite with the launch of the Global X Russell Covered Call & Growth ETF (RYLG). As the name suggests, RYLG looks to offer investors exposure to covered call strategies from the Cboe Russell 2000 Half BuyWrite index of covered calls for an underlying index of the Russell 2000 index. A quote from Global X’s Director of Research states, “As investors weigh the impact of continued central bank rate hikes and stubborn inflation, Covered Call & Growth Strategies can be an effective way to navigate choppy and sideways markets.”

ETF Newz Says:

The launch comes at an opportune time when many investors look to find ways to navigate volatility and interest rate risk.
