Fidelity Launches Paris-Aligned Multifactor UCITS ETF

Fidelity International has announced they will be following the Paris-aligned sustainable strategy with the launch of the Fidelity Sustainable Global High Yield Bond Paris-Aligned Multifactor UCITS ETF. The fund will use the Solactive Paris Aligned Global Corporate High Yield USD Index which looks to offer exposure to long-term high yield bonds that follow the Paris agreement of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees. It will do this by targeting an emission intensity of 50% lower than its equivalent global market and a decarbonization rate of 7%.

ETF Newz Says:

Companies related to weapons, thermal coal, oil, gas, and tobacco will be excluded from the ETF.
