DWS To Convert Four ESG ETFs To Physical Replication

After over a decade since launch, DWS has announced plans to convert four of their emerging market ESG ETFs from synthetic to physical representation, meaning the funds will own their securities instead of using swap contracts. The four ETFs set to convert are, the Xtrackers MSCI EM Asia ESG Screened UCITS ETF, the Xtrackers MSCI EM Latin America ESG UCITS ETF, the Xtrackers MSCI EM Europe, Middle East & Africa ESG UCITS ETF, and the Xtrackers MSCI AC Asia ex Japan ESG UCITS ETF.

ETF Newz Says:

The new changes will be put in place between February 13 and August 12 of 2023.
