Calamos Investments Launches Convertible Equity Alternative ETF

Share post:

Calamos Investments LLC has introduced the Calamos Convertible Equity Alternative ETF (CVRT), a product designed to provide investors with targeted access to equity-sensitive convertible securities in a liquid, transparent, and tax-efficient ETF structure. This marks the first time Calamos, a pioneer in investing in the convertible asset class, has offered a convertible strategy in an ETF format.

Calamos is known for having the largest and most comprehensive range of convertible strategies in the market. With CVRT, they aim to fill a gap in the ETF marketplace by offering a high-growth-oriented convertible strategy. Unlike many convertible-based ETFs that offer passive exposure to the asset class, CVRT identifies equity-sensitive opportunities through a rules-based approach and by applying Calamos’s credit, convertible, and equity analysis processes.
