Harbor Capitol Launches 1st Multi-Manager Small-Cap Equity ETF

Harbor Capital Advisors has launched its first multi-manager small-cap equity ETF, the Harbor Small Cap Explorer ETF (QWST), which uses a unique active multi-strategy approach. The fund invests in small-cap companies defined as having a market capitalization in the range of the Russell 2500 Index, excluding its largest 250 companies at the time of purchase. QWST’s five sub-advisors, which include Connacht Asset Management, Copeland Capital Management, Granahan Investment Management, Huber Capital Management, and Reinhart Partners, will act independently from one another with distinct investment styles
