American Century Investments launches actively managed floating-rate debt ETF

American Century Investments has launched the Multisector Floating Income ETF (FUSI US), an actively managed fixed income ETF that invests in floating-rate debt securities. The ETF will be managed by Charles Tan, Peter Van Gelderen, and Jason Greenblath, who have a combined experience of 68 years in the financial industry. FUSI invests across various floating rate security segments, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, corporate credit, and other similarly structured investments. The ETF’s primary objective is to provide a high level of income, with distributions being made to investors on a monthly basis, and its secondary objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

The ETF’s expense ratio is 0.27%, and it has been listed on NYSE Arca.
