One of the leading ETF providers, First Trust, has today announced the launch of the fund, the First Trust Bloomberg Emerging Market Democracies ETF (EMDM). EMDM will track its respective Bloomberg Emerging Market Democracies Index looking to offer exposure to are of emerging market where political rights and civil liberties are held in high regards, with each country qualifying as Electoral Democracies.
