BetaShares Launches Corporate Bond ETF On ASX

BetaShares has just announced the launch of a new ETF looking to invest in corporate bonds. The BetaShares Interest Rate Hedged Australian Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (HCRD) is available for trade on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). HCRD plans to track the Solactive Australian Investment Grade Corporate Bond Select DH Index while hedging its duration. The index follows non-government bonds that have a maturity term of 5.25 to 10.25 years

The index can hold up to 50 bonds based on their option-adjusted spreads.
