Schwab Announces Launch Of Municipal Bond ETF

Schwab Asset Management has announced the launch of a new ETF looking to offer exposure to the bond market. The Schwab Municipal Bond ETF (SCMB) has an expense ratio of 0.03% making it a lower cost option than others. SCMB plans to offer access to the tax-exempt U.S. bond market by following the ICE AMT-Free Core U.S. National Municipal Index.
