SEC Delays Decision For VanEck Spot Bitcoin ETF

The SEC has recently put out a statement saying that they will be pushing back the VanEck spot Bitcoin ETF decision, delaying it by 45 days. VanEck first applied for this ETF back in August with the decision expiring but reapplied again in late June.

The SEC said that would have a clear decision to decline or accept when the 45 days are up.
