Grayscale continues their efforts towards a Spot Bitcoin ETF by strengthening their legal team with the addition of Donald B. Verrilli Jr., a credited lawyer who used to work for the Obama administration in 2011-2016. The addition comes to aid in their push for a Spot Bitcoin ETF that the SEC will decide on by July 16.
