In what was a rough week, last week the QQQ, led all U.S.-listed ETPs in creates last week. Lots of put buyers last week, buying the September 325/290 put spreads. Those 325 puts are deep in the money after another rout on Monday.

It's been a tough year for the QQQ, down over 25% YTD. Investors got back in on oversold conditions, but the only bump seen was short lived on Wednesday after the fed meeting.
