BlackRock Enters ESG ETF Market

BlackRock is joining the ESG party with the announcement of four new ETFs partnered with MSCI. The ETFs are: iShares MSCI World Materials Sector ESG Ucits ETF, the iShares MSCI World Industrials Sector ESG Ucits ETF, the iShares MSCI World Energy ESG Ucits ETF, and the iShares MSCI World Communication Services Sector ESG Ucits ETF.

ETF Newz Says:

The ETFs will follow their respective MSCI World Sector ESG Reduced Carbon Select 20 35 Capped Indices, looking to target companies working to align themselves with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
