On March 23, 2022 the China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) announced the launch of their CICC Carbon Futures ETF. It will track the ICE EUA Carbon Futures Index and is the first carbon allowance futures ETF to launch in Hong Kong, aiming to give the market more efficient exposure to environmental markets.
