Cannabis ETFs Getting Higher

After a rough start in 2022, cannabis ETFs have been surging back to life with some funds almost back to even after being down about 20% for the year. A few of the funds that saw gains were: Global X Cannabis ETF (POTX) +16.3%, ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF (MJ) +12.5%, and the Cannabis ETF (THCX) +10.5%.

ETF Newz Says:

This recent growth can be attributed to a bill that will decriminalize the recreational use of marijuana. The bill will be voted on by the House of Representatives next week.
